About the Role

As the Key Account Manager, you will be client facing, building and nurturing relationships, uncovering, and securing new business opportunities in our key accounts.  Our services are highly professional, commercial, and well positioned in the market – and we want you to join us in delighting our clients with our offering, supporting them towards a more prosperous future.

You will:  

  • manage and grow business in a portfolio of our top tier, strategic accounts
  • implement strategies to grow revenue and market share
  • become a trusted partner providing recommendations on our range of professional services
  • Develop and nurture warm, engaging, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Apply your business acumen to raise awareness of our range of offerings and get others excited about the purposeful work we do

Innovation and continuous improvement will be in your DNA, and you will have a natural affinity for upselling and mentoring others as you go about your daily work.

Requirements

  • a minimum of 5-7years work experience in business-to-business sales (and some in selling services)
  • proven success growing and managing a portfolio of key accounts
  • a high level of commercial acumen and business planning skills
  • the self-motivation, confidence, and resilience to make things happen
  • strong people skills with the humour and positivity needed to build great relationships with our C-level stakeholders, wider clients and team.

About you

You’re a seasoned sales professional, with an understanding of sales cycles and how to nurture and grow a portfolio of key accounts.  You will bring a fresh perspective and positive attitude that radiates professional integrity and commercial nous.

Your calm, relatable, approach and well-rounded business understanding will see you partnering with contacts across various levels of an organisation with ease.
