I started Enlighten because I’ve worked in the talent acquisition field for many years and saw a real need for a different approach, one focused on deeper partnership with clients to find the right people and help teams flourish.

I’ve built tight relationships and worked closely with a number of growing businesses. Being a key contributor to their expansion and growth trajectory has been really quite special, this is what I truly love.
I have 15+ years’ experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, leadership and consulting. I’ve worked on both sides of the fence running my own small business as well as managing a specialist business division for a large multinational agency and I’ve worked across just about every sector there is. I am a talent manager, advisor/consultant and business partner with experience advising to Board level across numerous industry sectors. I have a Diploma in Business and a Diploma in Business Management.
