About the Role
You’ll match tenants with ideal properties, manage advertising, showings, and tenancy applications and documentation. There will be lots to upskill on and you will be supported by a welcoming professional team as you learn the ropes.
You will:
*provide admin support to property managers
*manage advertising and present properties to prospective tenants
*perform background checks and diligently create and manage documentation
*provide information and feedback to property managers on tenancy applications
*get involved in and build knowledge in property management and tenancy agreements.
You will be a valued and supported team member and play a significant part in our teams’ overall success.

We’re looking for Letting Agent to join our high-performing Johnsonville based team.
Requirements
You will bring:
*experience in an administration or customer service role
*great attention to detail and understand the importance of getting contracts right
*multi-tasking superpowers and outstanding customer service skills
*excellent verbal and written communication and a warm, engaging personality
*honesty, integrity and be someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit supportive team.
You will be an excellent communicator both verbally and via your computer and will enjoy warm, engaging interactions as you work with tenants looking to secure new properties. Your solid administration, customer service, and attention to detail will add further delight to our wonderful team environment.
